How do I invite someone to my shop?

Open Team, tap Invite someone, choose a role, then send an email invite or show a one-time QR code. The code works once and expires.

How do I sign in? I have no password

JPOS has no password. Enter your email in the app and we send you a 6 digit code and a sign in button. Tap the button on the same phone, or type the code. Both work once and expire after 10 minutes. No email? Check spam, wait a minute and ask for a new code, or contact us.

How do I create an account?

Open the app, tap Create free account, enter your email and the code we send, then set up your shop. It is free to use.

How do I delete my account?

Is JPOS tax or accounting advice?

No. See the Terms and Disclaimer. Please check payroll, GST and tax figures with your accountant.
